KCL provided structural and civil engineering documentation for the new 3,500 m2 Countdown supermarket in Rotorua.
The building sits on standard foundations and slab-on-grade including pavements, with primary sanitary and stormwater drainage and a stormwater retention tank.
Full documentation was undertaken in 3D using Revit or Tekla and as result KCL was able to provide schedules for primary building elements modelled. KCL also provided both steelwork and precast shop drawings using Tekla.
